Ladys Cause aka Penelope, is as shapy, T-H-I-C-K, gentle, and as laid-back of a mare as you can find. This bigger than life, 14.3h, gorgeous mare has her entire life ahead of her - at the perfect, ideal, prime age of 8 years old. And it is not everybody's guess on her age,... she is AQHA registered. This big hunk of a mare, looks like this coming straight out of the pasture from being turned out this winter! We just moved her to the fitting barn to get bloomed and shined up. She is already stunning as she is, an incredibly pretty mare - she will knock your socks off coming out of the fitting barn... this is how she looks just straight out of the pasture! She has great feet and could go barefoot or in shoes. She is great for the farrier, easy to catch, bathes, loads, hauls well, and she stands quietly to be groomed, saddled, and easy to bridle. She stands flat-footed and doesn't move a foot for mount and dismount. She rides out alone just as well as she does with others, and she is content to go anywhere in the group - she'll lead, or be in the middle, or fall behind at the back of the line. She is confident in new situations, and she was absolutely great in town. She loves terrain, she will tackle anything you put in front of her, and she absolutely loves the water! She rides around on a nice long relaxed rein, she is easy going and one of those that you kind of have to pedal up into a trot and a lope, she doesn't hesitate to stop - definitely more whoa, than go.
