“Mannton IPH” aka Cricket is a beautiful 2019, 15.2 h, Palomino gelding, registered with Westfalen NA. His sire is the popular Welsh Pony stallion Wedderlie Mardi Gras and Cricket’s maternal grandfather is the legendary KWPN stallion Zeoliet.
Cricket’s attractive appearance, with his golden color and four even, white socks, will turn heads in the show ring!
He has three competive gaits with an especially good canter. Cricket’s ride- and train abilty is high, showing the abilty to collect and extend.
He is schooling all first level movements and has started lateral work and counter canter.
His owner, a true adult amateur, did most of Cricket’s basic training herself. She also took him on many trail rides and he is great at that. Sadly, her professional life does not leave enough time to further develop Cricket and she decided to find him a new home.
Cricket has an affectionate, playful and fun temperament.
He has good ground manners and he loves his current routine, living in a stall and being turned out for a few hours daily.
Although Cricket has no vices, at this time he is not the right horse for a beginner. He definitely has the movement and potential for the competitive rider to develop him up the levels and he does best in a consistent program.
Cricket has no health or lameness issues, current or past and a full set of current x-rays, including back, with no findings is available.
