"Major" is a large pony that everyone looks for!
Fifteen years old and he's been shown his lifetime by his original owners and my nieces and nephews.
Before me, he was owned and shown in 4H and open shows at the State Fair level and took home hardware.
He is also a pattern horse, proficient in both showmanship, horsemanship, trail, and equitation. He has the extension as an english horse and slow enough gears for western.
He is easy to catch in the pasture and loves attention. Ridden by my 3-10 year old nieces and nephews he is always willing and respectful of them.
He hauls, bathes, clips, gets along great with my other gelding. Extremely easy keeper.
If you have a young kid that you want to find an all around 4H/show horse that has had the experience, Major is your man.

Reason for listing: My plan was to show all this year and haul the nieces and nephews around but with me taking on a new job he won't get hauled around like I intended. He loves his job and he's too nice to be a pasture horse. If he doesn't sell, we will continue to enjoy him and I'll plan on next year being their more competitive showing comeback year.
