9 yo gaited mare, appears to be of Rocky Mountain stock, sorrel with flaxen mane and tail. Gentle disposition, gets along well with herd and people. Healthy, sound, all vaccinations up to date, worming and trimming recently done, an easy keeper. Cinnamon came to us from a trainer/trader in Kentucky that we deal with. Not much was known about her. He liked her disposition and so did we. Had a trainer work with her at our farm doing ground work and some round pen riding for 30 days. She later went to Jamestown, TN for another 30 days of trail exposure. Both trainers state that she is smart and recalls what she has learned. They say she just needs confidence building with an experienced rider. She has no bad habits like bucking, bolting, kicking or rearing. She is just shy of new things. Cinnamon stands well when tied and tacked-up. She is behaves well for the farrier and easily loads on a trailer. She is healthy, calm and has a sweet disposition. After losing my main mare in January, I have decided to retire from riding and need to find a good new home for Cinnamon, a horse that I believe has a great future with a younger rider.
