Lovely trail horse looking for her next home!
“Ginger” a sweet 11y/o QH mare standing at about 14hands.
Ginger has had a lot of experience on the trails! She is unbothered by traffic, kids and bikes. She prefers to be the lead but will drop back if asked.
Ginger has also been used for light arena work. She neck reins, move well of the leg, knows voice commands, open/closes gates and we will even line up at the mounting block when asked!
Easy to catch/halter, easy to lead. She is not mareish, gets along with and can live with horses and is low on the pecking order. She smiles for cookies and even plays an electric piano!
Ginger is best suited for an intermediate rider and up as she is sensitive and needs someone with a soft hand. She has a few manageable quirks on the ground- stands tied but does best with a trailer type tie so she has some room, and needs someone patient and understanding for loading.
Ginger is a perfect horse for someone looking to hit the trails and do casual riding!
Good home is a must!!
