Pinto is a 8-9 year old grade gelding that has been used extensively as a ranch horse. Pinto has been with us the past 6 years working feedlots and tending to cattle in wheat pastures. He is no stranger to a hard days work. He does great with time off. Pinto has not a mean bone in his body. He is willing to cross creeks, ditches and brush. He is one that we can put a less experienced rider on and he will not take advantage of them.
He neck reins, rides off leg pressure. Pinto has a smooth gate which is easy to ride all day!
We would love to see Pinto go to a home that he will teach someone else to ranch, or maybe become a family guy! Pinto would be great as a play day horse, ranch sorting, team roping, ect. .He has defiantly earned his keep here!
Pinto has not had any major health issues or soundness issues. he is currently shod and will be continued to be used until he finds his new home.
