Albert is a beautiful chestnut gelding who is ready for his next adventure! Lightly raced, retired sound. Has a good W/T/C and hacks out alone and nicely with others. Letting go due to no fault of his own, just a little too strong for owner (Older Adult Amateur)
Would do best with an intermediate to advanced level rider who is confident and capable, Albert has no buck, kick or rear! Has ponied others and was introduced to jumping Fall 2024. Could make a great show horse, eventer or foxhunter.
Currently on pasture turnout with mixed herd, in stall during the day, quiet and no vices. Easy keeper, decent feet, barefoot. Stands tied, leads well and good ground manners, is learning about ground tying nicely.
Little anxious in the trailer but does well when he has a friend, doesn’t leave property often so may just need consistency to get used to hauling.
Great for farrier and vet. PPE welcome.
