Shade was started as a Reiner but was not talented enough to continue. Shade is a very pretty mover. He is the smoothest horse I have ever ridden. He has all of the buttons, he is great to catch, loads, hauls, ties without pulling back, trims, and shoes. Shade is an attention hound. I purchased Shade in December to ride in the mountains and be my trail horse. I feel after riding him he would be better suited as a reined cow horse or barrel horse. He is extremely athletic. He has never bucked or reared or even wanted to. I live in snow country and feel that Shade is the type of horse that will not be able to set from October through April 30th of each winter. He would make a gorgeous queen horse with additional training.

I had a PPE done on him in December and passed. Vet checks welcome at buyer's expense. Shade is sound and has never taken a lame step. His confirmation speaks for itself.
