Paisano is an athletic 3 year old gelding who is started driving and ready to be put under saddle. He is easy to handle, a good student, and enjoys his people. He would make an excellent kids' hunter or an eventer for a small adult. Connemara ponies are a small warmblood known for their extraordinary jumping ability. They are becoming popular in western equitation, trail, driving, as well as in dressage. They have always stood out as excellent safe cross-country horses and fox hunters. I downsized from breeding German warmbloods to Connemaras and find them very enjoyable. They are most popular on the East Coast. I am aware that Texas is not a typical place to shop for this rare and charming breed of large ponies, and the price reflects that air travel may be required to come see him. We are 2 hours from Bush International Airport and have guest facilities here at our farm. I am looking for a good fit for his forever home. He is a special pony.
