Maverick is a 2008 Black and White Gelding. He has been my lead Trail Horse for the past ten years packing into the Back Countries of Washington and Montana. He has great ground manners, loads great and is good for the Farrier, easy to bridle and tack up, stands still for mount and dismount, will move off your leg when asked. Maverick has been high-lined in Camp and hobbled in pasture with no problems. I believe Maverick is capable of so much more than what I have asked of him. Reason for sale, down size for retirement.
