** NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ** Dixies War Drum, Sudden Impact, Sonnys Amigo Bar bred - Crescendo has been one of my foundation mares and I hate to see this special mare go but am looking towards retirement and need to start reducing my numbers. She is gentle, easy to handle and loves attention. Open, Current Coggins in hand and ready to go once shipping has been established. She was started under saddle as a 2 year old and ridden a few trails during her 2 and 3 year old years before being placed in my breeding program while I was busy raising my own family with little to no time to ride. She had a bit of a refresher in November 2024 - photo. She is not being sold as a riding horse at this time however as she is too far removed from regular riding and no additional training will be done on her at this time as my plans have changed and I need to get horses placed. I would prefer she be purchased as a riding prospect rather than a broodmare due to a newly detected trait she carries (CIA - anhydrosis) as I prefer not to perpetuate it but she doesn't have the condition and the fact she carries it doesn't seem to be a factor for other breeders as most horses, based on testing and discussion with Etalon, carry at least one copy. She is homozygous tobiano and black, heterozygous dun and produces beautiful foals. She is open as I no longer have my own stallion. I am retaining two of her foals as future riding horses if that tells you anything about this mare.
