Drift N Cruz 2019 Grulla Roan gelding. Stands 15.2hh and ~1100lbs 📍Emory TX📍 This guy is a wonderful boy and we all love him to death. Unfortunately we don't have the time this guy needs. He needs to be out making a name for himself not sitting in the pasture wasting away. He has a wonderful reining foundation and is super fancy broke! You can drag logs, open gates, crack whips off his back, he was taught how to sit down, side pass to the mounting block and much more. He's won an amateur reining class after only 4 months of training. This guy is super talented! He would be a wonderful ranch show prospect. He will need a tune up since he's been off the last couple years due to me having kids. *He will be getting a tune up! The more he’s rode the more his price will go up* Cruz's only downfall is that he's PSSM1 positive. He is very mildly symptomatic at times. He can get stiff and jumpy from time to time. I have not seen him tie up since I've owned him. Diet wise he has been doing good on Bluebonnet Intensify Senior, quality alfalfa pellets and 2oz of OE Ultimate oil. He does fine on bermuda hay and alfalfa! Exercise wise he does best on a 3-5 day/week schedule. I warm him up and cool him down slowly. As a precaution I normally use a BOT sheet for 30 minutes before/after a ride. I do hose him off before/after a ride as well before I put the BOT sheet on. If you have any questions that I haven't covered already please let me know! He is very easy to manage and his PSSM has never held him back!
