Dob April 29th 2025 @12:12am - will be weaned for October at 6 months. Beautiful bay purebred canadian filly. I've waited to list her because I wanted to see how her personality bloomed. She's incredibly independent and curious. She often takes off with her aunt and explores( i have more pictures of her with her aunt then i do her dam). Neither her nor her dam exhibits any anxiety from being apart. This little filly is much like her dam, brave and not much phases her. I'm pretty sure she's going to one of those one person horses who follows you into "battle". That's how her dam is. Dam is 15.1 and stocky, shes bay/black( I've never tested her). Sire is the chestnut in the pics. He's 14.2 but still growing. I'm half convinced he's actually stunted in growth, he was poorly after being shipped across the country at 4 months- however they are a slow maturing breed. He's a sooty pangre chestnut with some chrome. Sire is a good boy, stays in his paddock. Leads perfect around horses, not very studly all. Slightly more reserved than my other Canadians but eager to please and doesn't put a foot out of place. He has the perfect temperament to pass on his foals- which she seems to have gotten a cool cumber effect from him. This filly has been exposed to very loud sounds ( construction, race cars, kids/strollers, dogs, paddock is up against a road). She's halter broke, pretty much born that way. I imprinted her and work with her on a regular basis. I picked up all four feet since she was born. We started desensitization with tarps, bags, etc. She isn't phased in the slightest. Located in Castelton, northumberland country, close to the big apple on 401. No trailering available. Will accept payments until weaned. I will work on getting better pictures of all 3 horses, if you know Canadians, you know how friendly they are.....thus it's incredibly difficult to get good pics 😅
