Four Farthings Clover (Clover) is a stunning, athletic, and impeccably well-bread 2 year old Irish Sport Horse filly ready for her new owner to train her up to reach her full potential. Her sire is RID Gemstone Clover, a Class 1 Irish Draught stallion standing in the US. Her dam is Four Farthings Rosemary, a Bronze Merit Registered Irish Draught Sport Horse with a successful show Hunter career, including winning the title of Grand Champion Hunter from the Irish Draught Hose Society 3 years in a row. She also won the Reserve Champion Versatility Award in 2021 for Hunters and Dressage. Her dam’s sire is Cappa Cassanova, a triple Gold Merit Irish Draught stallion, who won the Royal Dublin Horse Show stallion class 3 times (he was Reserve Champion twice).

Clover is already 16 hands and should top out between 17-17.1 hands. Like her dam and sire, she is in the process of “graying out” and will be a lovely dapple gray. She cross ties and stands to be groomed, bathed, clipped, and pulled, and she trailers, lunges, and stands well for the farrier. She has a big, floaty trot and a huge canter stride. She loves people (especially when they are scratching her!) and is an intelligent filly who quickly figures out what is being asked of her. Her athleticism and brains will make her an excellent competition horse in multiple disciplines: the top levels of the hunters, equitation, jumpers, and dressage are all within her reach.
