Penny is a sweet and delightful mare.
She’s been used as a lesson horse for the past year.
We are primarily an English and dressage barn, and while she does well, she has been a trail Horse until she came here, and is better suited to a home where she is able to spend more time on the trail than I can provide for her.
Penny requires light maintenance. She does best with a 6% grade on her right shoe, and does better with anti-inflammatories, but it is not fully necessary if she’s just on the trail. This is reflected in her price.
She has incredibly smooth gaits. A fabulous whoa. A decent spin. And would be a 10 out of 10 horsemanship Horse.
If I had any inclination to breed, I would not be selling her.
Her build is fabulous. And her brain is also fabulous.
For those familiar, she is cow horse bred. This makes her slightly suspicious of new things, but she doesn’t spook or jump away.
