🌳 “Groot” is a 7-year-old, 12.3 ¾ hh registered Welsh Pony with a permanent height card.
🌳 The ultimate all-around pony, from jumping, ranch riding, gaming, pleasure, trail, road riding, and bareback rides, Groot truly has done it all!
🌳In English, He has experience up to rated Hunter classes at 2’3, and local Jumper classes up to 2’6. An eye catcher in the ring, he placed 2nd in his very first hunter pleasure class!
🌳in Western, he excels in ranch riding most. He is very smooth, athletic, and fancy broke—knows counter canter, leg yields, shoulder/haunches in/out, and is started on lead changes. He’s also done some low-level gaming at home, though he’s more of a slow type thinker.
🌳Groot trail rides alone or in a group and ties to the trailer all day. He is sure-footed and crosses bridges, water, banks, and opens gates with ease. Road safe, not spooky, and forgiving of rider mistakes. He’s a dependable mount who has been ridden extensively by kids. No prep needed!
🌳 Groot comes to the mounting block and smiles as well! He even ground drives and has pulled a sled!
🌳 Self loads, easy to clip, bathe, blanket, and great for the vet and farrier. No maintenance, easy keeper, up to date on all cares, and lives outside 24/7.
