Wow—what a one-of-a-kind individual! Ace is a 4-year-old registered Black and white Gypsy gelding standing 14.3 hands tall, with a heart as big as his beautiful presence—and a mane and tail to match. He is the picture of versatility, confidence, and reliability, with training that goes well beyond the basics. Ace is truly broke for anyone, whether you are just starting out, getting back into the saddle, or looking for a trustworthy horse for a family member. He has been exposed to about everything you can throw at him and never bats an eye. He has been on group trail rides with all kinds of horses, confidently gone through water, crossed over logs, and taken every obstacle in stride. He has been used to check cows and navigate real ranch chores without any fuss. This gelding has three incredibly smooth gaits and is soft in the bridle. He side passes up to the mounting block and sits down on cue. He has been ridden Western, English, and bareback—and for those who like to ride without reins, Ace is confident and responsive when going bridle less. On top of all that, he also drives and makes a wonderful family carriage horse. Desensitized and solid-minded, Ace is unfazed by gunshots, cracking whips, traffic, and busy environments. He has been ridden down state roads and through neighborhoods with ease. Nothing seems to bother him, and that quiet mind makes him a favorite around the farm. He wears shoes on all four feet because of where we ride, but he has got solid, healthy feet and can go barefoot if you prefer. Whether you’re heading out for a trail ride, want to do some light arena work, teach the kids some tricks, or simply enjoy a relaxing carriage drive—Ace is the kind of partner that makes every moment in the saddle (or the cart) a joy. If you are looking for a horse that combines training, brains, beauty, and a big heart, Ace might just be your perfect match. If this sounds like the horse that you have been looking for, please feel free to reach out to Duane @ 330-231-2324 for more info or to schedule a day to see him in person.
