Dandy was started under saddle as a 3-year-old, and last summer he adventured to Utah for several weeks of trail riding. This past winter, he spent a month with a trainer working on obstacles.
For the past month, he has been at Transitions Equestrian Center for a tune-up — refining his gaits, a lot of desensitization, and even starting some fun liberty work and tricks such as the one-knee bow and lay down.
