Description: Meet "Lunchbox". He’s an 11ish year old draft cross gelding. Solid build with great feet. He’s easy to catch, has excellent ground manners, great around kids and other animals, stands for the farrier and vet, loads and hauls without any issues. When we purchased him he had been pulling mule strings in and out of the back country. We’ve had him close to 4 years now. He’s been used by every member of the family for just about everything. Kids used him for feeding horses in the winter. He’s been to small horse shows and shown in rail classes, handles all the trail obstacles, he pushes cattle, you can pasture rope on him. He’s stout enough to pull anything you feel like tying to the horn. He’ll trail ride anywhere you point him and go all day if you want. We’ve taken him elk hunting, doesn’t mind the packs or gear tied to him. Stands quiet when you tie him off and will be there when you get back. At around 14 hands he’s easy to get on and off and to hang packs on. Moves right along for a shorter horse has no problem keeping up with any horse on the trail. Call Joe 715-492-3171 for more info
