I NEED THIS ONE MOVED ASAP!!! Meet Rose, an 8yr 14:1hh Mustang! Rose is titled, registered, & very sweet & friendly with no health problems. Rose is green trained with a solid w/t under saddle but cantered only a few times. She would do best with an intermediate+ rider who can finish her training. She is a natural jumper. Rose is light on the bit & will move off of leg pressure to an extent. She is careful about knocking poles & has free-jumped 3.5ft with room to go higher! Rose has ridden western, english, & bareback & been on some trail rides so far (with a buddy) where she has crossed water & logs. Rose is easy to catch, stands tied, is good with fly spray & picks up all 4 feet & will stand for farrier, though she is still working on it. She is a great balance of whoa & go! Not lazy, nor hot! She will get a little more forward on trails but it’s not unmanageable. Pros: ⭐Friendly! Easy to catch, & very curious! ⭐No health issues! ⭐Super jumper and mover! Careful with her feet! ⭐Ridden western, english & bareback! ⭐Super smart. Picks up on new ideas fast! ⭐Wonderful balance of whoa & go. Cons (her only one): ⭐She has some insecurities which makes her a bit buddy sour and looky. Nothing crazy. I'll happily explain in depth to interested parties. Please Note: ⭐While currently barefoot sound, she does have thin soles. This does not make her lame, but makes her more susceptible to bruising when on rocks. She has bruised one of her soles once over the 15 months I’ve had her, & it made her lame on hard surfaces only for about 3 days. I have current X-rays that confirm great angles & absolutely no rotation. Her hooves are hard, resistant, & healthy! Not once has she gotten any kind of thrush, abscess etc. The vet said that shoeing her should bring her chance of bruising way way down. ⭐She has an old scar on the neck, & a newer one above her eye. Neither one bothers her at all. PPEs welcome at buyer’s expense. Come meet her & ride her in the arena & on trails! A good fit is important so ask any questions you have!
