Cisco is an 8-year-old grade foundation quarter horse, 14.2 hands, very unique colored dappled buckskin gelding who stands out for his great color, build, versatility, and calm, friendly demeanor. He’s an ideal choice for adults or children seeking a reliable trail partner or horse to show. Cisco has consistently excelled in our program, displaying a gentle, willing-to-please attitude that makes him easy to work with. He’s very affectionate, loves attention, and is always easy to catch in the pasture. He gets along well with other horses. Cisco is smooth and comfortable to ride, with three excellent gaits that make him a pleasure to work with, whether you’re riding Western, English, or bareback. He’s been exposed to a variety of environments and situations, including riding on busy roads, through town, and in traffic, and is always calm and dependable. He’s been on many trail rides and is excellent with water or bridge crossings. He knows his leads. He’s been exposed to tarps, barrels, gunshots, cattle, parades and other desensitizing training, and remains unfazed in any situation. He loads, baths, clips, stands great for the Farrier, he will stand tied all day. He has never bucked, reared, kicked or bit. He will lead on the trail, follow or ride alone. His good manners and kind heart make him a joy to be around both in and out of the saddle.
