He is patient, kind, and extremely well-trained to listen to the seat, making him a wonderful partner for riders who want to build a solid foundation. Rugar was recently diagnosed with DSLD, so he is no longer suitable for high-speed work—but he’s completely bombproof and has much more “whoa” than “go.”
