Charlene is a very cool horse, has an awesome personality, and definitely has a little bit of spunk. Charlene is clocking great times still placing in the 1D-2D at jackpots and places top ten at high school rodeos. She would be great for a junior high girl or a new high schooler. Charlene needs a somewhat experienced rider because she still is a quick horse!
