Sammy is an "in your pocket" type horse. He will always greet you at the gate and will stand patiently in cross ties. He has wonderful ground manners and not a mean bone in his body. He is broke broke broke. He knows and responds to both verbal and physical cues. He has been ridden Western in his past but is currently being ridden English. I started with dressage but he is becoming bored with endless circles. We have recently started jumping him and he is SO happy. The only issue with that is that is that I am older and have zero desire to jump any more, so we are not a good match for this stage in my riding. Sammy is not a kick ride and is quite sensitive to aids so he is not a good beginner or lesson horse. He knows his stuff and expects that you do too. I good home is a more important to me than anything because he is a very special boy.
