Boomer is an 18-year-old (born June 2007), grey ½-Arabian gelding out of a Saddlebred sire—and yes, he’s gaited and a finished reining horse (a rare and super-cool combo for his breeding!). He’s an absolute blast to ride—his spins will make you dizzy, his stop is a smile-maker, and his sweet, people-oriented personality makes him a barn favorite wherever he goes.
At no fault of his own, Boomer found himself at our non-profit sanctuary. While we adore him, he’s got too much life and talent left to simply retire—this horse thrives on attention, connection, and regular rides. He’s ready for his person who will enjoy his unique gait, appreciate his reining buttons, and give him the active home he deserves.
