2021 16hh OTTB Bay Gelding - JC name Arius “Ari” retired sound from racing March 2025 from Phoenix/Turf Paradise. He has had 60 days of training recently and is w/t/c in the arena. Has been ridden western and English. No funny business under saddle and very personable on the ground. Nice mover and shows potential for jumping. First time through the jump chute and he did not need any encouragement! He kept turning to the chute entrance without any guidance and jumped with joy! He tried it many different ways but he always wanted to jump! He is suitable for someone familiar with OTTBs and green horses. For sale because owner bought a dressage school master which is more suitable for her. She loves him dearly and wants to find him a loving home! Sound and UTD on vaccines and teeth. Has a full set of x rays from March 2025. Ari does like to hang his tongue out when bridled sometimes. Located in Philomath, OR. Asking $5,500. Price will increase with additional training.
