Standing at 15.1 hands this handsome 2yr old grabs your attention with his black coat, fancy tall white stockings and super double thick frosted tail. You'll love his big brown eyes, kind expression and classy facial markings. With his strong solid body type and easy way of going we think he's going to be a stunner and a nice all around partner for any discipline show, trail, driving, dressage/hunt seat, western/ranch work or family horse.
Trooper is GHRA Registered with quality bloodlines-his dam is SD Liv (15.2 HH) daughter of the famous SD Jack and his sire is MGRVV Dynastys King Magni (16.1 HH) grand son of the well respected Lion King.
Trooper has a good solid foundation, is a smart, quick learner and loves attention. He's independent minded, happy spending time with his person not looking for the other horses.
In the roundpen he understands voice commands: walk trot canter and whoa.
He's been ponied out on the trail happily moving along at all gaits. We've spent time traversing thru an obstacle course, up and down stairs, crossing over logs and bridges and thru the dreaded dangling pool noodles. He dealt with it all with his typical willing, no fuss attitude.
We handle him regularly, he ties and clips, is good with grooming, his bath and all the mane, tail and feather care that goes along with being a Gypsy.
He gets along with other horses well and is adaptable. He has lived out in pasture with a group and part time in a stall as well.
This summer we took Trooper horse camping a few times-he loved the adventure ! He loaded up and traveled like an old pro. Unloaded and settled into his new surroundings with no drama and ponied along with a calm cool attitude. These trips were positive experiences giving him confidence that he can carry on into the future.
This beautiful young horse really lives up to his name... he has shown to be willing to try anything- a real Trooper.
