Katie is a graded, gaited, light palomino filly, 1 year 6 months. I had a few trainers saying they think she is a Tennessee walker. String tested 14.2 hands. She is very friendly, loves treats and attention. She has been taught to give to pressure, saddle, bridle, back up, lunge, and tie. She will pick up her feet for cleaning, but does resist it a little. She allows you to touch her mouth and will take her deworming. She just had her teeth checked with no issues. She has been saddled (with a 50 lb grain bag on it). She is up to date on farrier and vaccines.
Katie is an orphan foal. I would highly recommend a firm but fair handler. Her mom was bred to be a nursing mare, so she never had a mother figure to teach her boundaries.
