Jalapeño/Fat Baby needs a new kid. He was great with my older daughter but does not get along with my younger daughter who is more of a beginner. He’s still young so he could really go in any direction if you want him for playdays or even hunter/jumper. He does great with leadline. Hes a pony so he has that pony attitude. Hes barefoot on all 4. Stands great for the Farrier. Doesn’t even flinch with vet around. Gets fat on air. Loads great into the trailer, stands tied, baths, lets me and kids brush on him and tolerates me trimming his mane up like a little hunter pony. We’ve mainly ridden him in lessons and out in our pasture and taken him to a few playdays. We did send him to our trainer for about 3 weeks and he got a gold star everyday. We sent him there to try and figure out if it was because of our younger daughter having problems with him not wanting to listen. Our trainer put a lot of different riders on him and said he did great with all of them. He’s easy to catch in the pasture. Gets along well with our other horses, goats, dogs, and cats. You can ride him bareback with a halter, or with a saddle and bridle. He will also ride double. We’ve only had him a little over a year. Before we got him he was mainly a pasture ornament for a few years with his previous owners. His previous owners would jump on him in the middle of the pasture and just lay
