Respectable ground manners, easy to lunge, stands to be mounted, ties, bathes, and hauls well. Has always been barefoot with solid feet and stands for farrier. Gets along with geldings and mares in a pasture setting, middle of the herd. No health issues or soundness issues. UTD shots & teeth.
Reina has had inconsistent work the past few years and has primarily been a trail horse and had some arena work on the long lines/under saddle. Since coming to us, she has proven incredibly brave and kind. She needs more time spent working on strengthening but she will happily plot you along.
Reina is great on the trail, in the arena and over obstacles. Ridden off site consistently in different indoor/outdoor arenas and trails. Reina is the same off property as she is at home. Needs more dressage work to label her consistent in the contact so I would say right now she rides more like a hunter. Soft off the seat and leg. Currently ridden in a three-piece lozenge eggbutt bit, she also rides bitless. She has never been ridden with spurs. No bucking, rearing, bolting, or biting.
Reina would be suitable as a pony club, kids lesson or ladies mount.
