Captured as a weanling from the Triple B HMA in Nevada, Deputy didn’t spend long on the open range, but he’s spent his life proving the Mustang spirit runs deep. He’s been the ultimate trail blazer, riding all over the Ozark Mountains—through timber, across creeks, over bridges, and up and down rocky slopes. Point him anywhere, and he’ll go with confidence and heart. Deputy has a smooth, easy lope you’ll want to ride all day, and he’ll even lope off from a standstill. He’s quiet and steady in town, unfazed by traffic or commotion, and while he’s not a full-time ranch hand, he’s happy to help move cattle when needed.
