I am listing this lovely mare for an Amish friend.

Ava is a 17yo registered mare with extensive trail experience (I'm talking 800 miles in one summer!). She currently drives more than is ridden as she is with an Amish family. She has a moderately drafty build, good feet and a great attitude. She is middle of the herd and has been housed with other mares, foals and geldings.

Her current owner has tried to breed her live cover several times, with the help of a veterinarian and she can not get pregnant. She is not being sold as a broodmare.

Ava has many miles left to travel and I'm sure she'd love to hit the trails again. She thrives with an individual or a family, so I can not speak to if she would enjoy a lesson or therapy program. Are you Ava's next ride/drive partner?
