Meet Walker – Your Next Trail Partner Walker is a 12 year-old, 15hh Spotted Saddle Horse gelding with the looks, heart, and stamina to be someone’s perfect partner on the trails. Handsome, kind, and eager to please, he has an extraordinary work ethic and a silly, lovable personality that shines when he’s with “his” person. Walker is versatile under saddle – he walks, trots, gaits, canters, and even loves to jump. He mounts easily from the ground or a block and is currently learning to open and close gates with a rider. True to his name, Walker has the mind and body to go for miles, making him a great candidate for endurance or long trail adventures. His biggest motivator? Food! He’s always ready to grab a snack along the way, which makes him both endearing and entertaining out on the trail. Currently, Walker is used as a school horse, but it’s clear he thrives with consistency and connection to one rider. He is best suited for a confident, experienced rider who appreciates a forward, willing horse and who has a soft, patient hand. While Walker is steady both on and off property, busy environments can sometimes overwhelm him, so he will flourish most in a calm, low-stress setting.
