Offspring of legendary Reminic, Remington deserves a job and a partner who’ll let him live the legacy he was bred for. ❤️ Meet Remington, a 2014 registered AQHA bay roan gelding standing 15.1 hands. He’s fancy broke — one-hand reins, light in the bridle, moves off the leg, side passes, and stops on a dime. Remington’s done it all: trail riding, ranch and cattle work, western dressage, obstacles, and horse camping. He’ll carry a flag, drag a barrel, and throw a rope without hesitation. After working fences and cattle on a 3,000-acre ranch, he’s legged up, fit, and ready to go do a job. 💪 He’s playful, forward, and all heart — happiest with purpose and miles ahead. He’ll ride out alone or stay calm if left behind, and while he’s best for an advanced beginner or above, he’s quiet enough that my beginner daughter has taken lessons on him and he was a saint. Remington is safe, sane, and solid — great for vet and farrier, ties, bathes, loads, and hauls. His only minor quirk is an occasional “do I have to?” moment loading. He’s sound, healthy, and has a clean PPE from June with full vet records for the past five years. He thrives on work — whether it’s ranch riding, junior rodeo, rodeo queen duties, or long trails. He’s not one for endless circles (that’s my old guy’s gig 😉). If you’re after a partner with grit, heart, and try, Remington’s your horse.
