i would say he’s still GREEN, he needs time!
UTD on everything. Had undergone a 30 day refresher training couple months ago(sat for a bit) and has flourished. Remembers everything and is very tranquil. He’s a Great trail riding horse!
He is more woah than go, and he has the best ground manners. He lunges on a lunge line or in a round pen.
I will be very picky where he goes.
He stalls, loads, ties, will stand for hours, loves baths and water. He’s great for the farrier (feet done every 6-8 weeks) hes in your pocket. Easy to catch very willing to do anything you ask him to do. He rides in a hack, VERY soft in the face. Ride him bareback or with a saddle, my 10 year old rides him and he does just fine.
