Marigold is a 11 year old, palomino Tenessee Walking mare, standing roughly 15.0hh. Not only is this mare flashy and eye catching, but she has a personality you can only dream for. Marigold has a quiet and willing attitude no matter where she is, along with a wonderful temperament and excellent ground manners. She has a natural 4 beat gait which is butter smooth, and fun to ride. Marigold has been hauled on several occasions, and has been ridden through rugged terrains all throughout the mountains. She is very surefooted and has no issues with various types of wildlife including birds, wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, etc. Marigold remains steadfast and isn’t phased when unexpected things happen on the trail, such as unleashed dogs running up barking, or chaotic traffic. She has been exposed to semi trucks, trailers and tractors and has not exhibited any issues. She will go down steep slopes, cross water shallow or deep, cross bridges, and step over logs and collapsed trees. She loads, ties, bathes, clips, and stands while being tacked/mounted. She’ll ride out alone, or in a group, no matter the setting. Teenagers have ridden her to convenience stores and all throughout neighborhoods multiple times with their friends, she goes willingly and doesn’t have a care in the world about it. This mare will do it all. Marigold recently had a vet check done and passed with flying colors. She is completely sound with no health issues or extra maintenance, and is UTD on everything (dewormed, feet trimmed, teeth floated, etc).
