Beautiful athletic pony looking for her forever home. This mare is a love. She’s a gorgeous chocolate with highlights in her name and tail. Currently standing at 13.1, expected to max out around 13.3.
Tulsa is very athletic with a great work ethic. At 4 years old she already knows walk, trot, canter, moves off your leg, will weave and make nice circles and turn on the forehand and haunches. She has jumped under saddle over 2 feet (I keep the jumps low due to her age) but she has free jumped closer to 3 feet. She is a powerful but smooth jumper with potential and the desire to jump big. Picks up her gaits right away and has an amazing stop. Light mouth but not sensitive. She loves to jump, loves other horses and people. She’s been around every animal you can think of and likes them all. She will wear or walk over a tarp, not afraid of flags, not spooky.
No vices. Stands for farrier and teeth floats, ties, trailers, bathes.
Tulsa is 1/2 Mangalarga Marchador and 1/2 rare breed Garana pony. She is not gaited. Very gentle.
She’s would also excel as a barrel or poles competition or gymkhana pony and has done a few pole and barrel patterns.
