Ace is a sweet Thoroughbred/ Morgan cross. While Ace is in your pocket, he has some TB quirks. He will get restless if not given adequate exercise, and anxious if not given time to adapt to new places. He needs a rider who has ample experience understanding balance on a horse. He starts out tight in the back, if given a proper amount of warm up and loosening, he settles and goes very nicely. With all that said, he's a lovely mover with 3 comfortable floaty gaits and automatic flying lead changes. He has excellent ground manners. Loads and unloads in and out of the trailer easily. Stands for the farrier, vaccines, grooming, whether in cross ties or to the trailer. And goes out on trails nicely. My daughter did eventing with him in Pony Club and a USEA event at the starter level. We realized he wasn't the horse for her, as Ace needs a rider with more experience, yet patient enough to meet his needs.
