Safe and reasonable enough for a beginner or youngster, but with enough buttons and an engine for an advanced rider! Extremely responsive to aids, brave on the trail, happy to pop over jumps or for more technical flatwork. He has given lessons to children and beginners. Extensive groundwork training. Ground ties for vet and farrier and doesn’t move a muscle. He has great feet but I keep shoes on since our trails are rocky. Thrives on a forage forward diet and is in 24 hour turnout. He lands middle of the herd. With submissive horses he will politely be the boss, but with more dominant horses he is happy to defer.
