Available for reassignment 3 year old palomino buttes filly. Thick and about 14.3/25 hands. She leads, ties, has been pet all over, picks up feet, lunges, respects hotwire, and lets me catch her out in the pasture (she is NOT ready to be turned out at a new facility though. You’ll want to start in a pen or stall). Not a mean bone in her body- her default when she’s scared is flight, but she does have some freeze in there as well. Middle of my pecking order. She’s snorty and on the hotter side, but is settling in. She just isn’t my style and I’d rather put time into something I click with a little better. Her right hind is slightly thicker than her left hind and has been since I picked her up Oct 1. She is and has been sound on it the whole time I’ve had her, but I honesty is the best policy, so I’ll mention it. It’s so slight I doubt it will be an issue, but I got her as a reining prospect and I’m not sure I want to ask her to work THAT hard. She might be fine, but I’d rather see her in a home where she isn’t hauled around the country and asked to slide and spin. She’s a great mover and should do great with flat work and trails. Horses from her herd have tons of AQHA influence and tend to be cowy too! Asking training fee of $650, but I am open to offers. Located in Burlington, WA. Can quarantine and ship.
