β¨ Meet Cachao β¨ Cachao is a stunning 17.1h American Warmblood gelding β dark bay with chrome and USEF lifetime registered. Heβs the full package: handsome, talented, goofy, and kind. He has shown up to 1m and schooled 1.10m with auto changes and all the fancy buttons. Proven show record up to 1m. He is a fancy mover who would shine in the hunter or equitation rings and has the quality to make a lovely dressage horse as well. He is more woah than go, a kick ride, and has been ridden by both teenagers and professionals. β¨ Pros: β’ Extensive show experience β’ Finished jumper with auto changes β’ Easy keeper β’ Can be stalled or live out in a group β’ Kick ride β’ More woah than go β’ Excellent ground manners β’ Hacks quietly β’ Trailers and hauls easily β’ Loads and hauls like a dream βοΈ Considerations: β’ Has changes in his feet with beginning stages of navicular β’ Currently in a therapeutic shoeing program and completely sound (x-rays available) β’ Will require continued maintenance β’ I have been flatting him as we have no jumps at my current boarding facility β’ Smaller fences will be most suitable long term due to his feet but currently has no limitations β’ Not a beginner horse but will do fine with a confident kiddo or adult β can be a bit quirky Cachaco is an uncomplicated, steady partner who thrives in a consistent program. He truly loves to work and is the same horse every time. While he can be a little quirky in busy environments, he settles well with routine handling. Even though he is an amazing horse, he has been sitting while we prepare for our move and as I navigate being postpartum. The time off has allowed me to really get his feet where they need to be, and he is currently sound and feeling great. I have been flatting him a couple times a week and is doing great. He has never been lame while I have owned him. I keep pulling his ad because I truly do not want to let him go. However, life circumstances have changed. We will be moving to North Carolina in a couple months, and I havenβt had the time to ride him here in AZ like I planned. I know I wonβt have the time to give him what he deserves once we relocate. He needs to find his next home by the end of May. He would do best with an adult amateur or confident kid in a program or someone working with a trainer who will continue his maintenance and keep him in consistent work. He is the best boy and loves to cuddle and be loved on. He has great ground manners and is extremely gentle. My only priority is finding him a knowledgeable, loving home that will continue his care. π« No trials at this time. π² Price is negotiable to find him his perfect home. π© Serious inquiries only.
