Ranger has been sitting too long, no fault of his own, his owner has too many life commitments to give him the attention he needs. Ranger is happy as long as he has a job, he needs a confident intermediate rider on up, and would make an amazing step up horse for someone looking to become more competitive. He is patterned on barrels and poles, done many playday events, team sorting, trail riding, crosses water, you can pony a colt off of him he is a super versatile guy. I’ve thrown a rope off of him a handful of times, and packed a flag in a practice arena. He would be great for rodeo drill team, and truly loves to work. He can be watchy, and is not a horse that will let you easily catch him in a large pasture. Trailers, ties, trims no problem. UTD on teeth, vaccines, and chiro. He just needs hauled and put to work since he has just had a small refresher after sitting for quite awhile with minimal use. Price reflects this. Omoksee, Jr Rodeo, 4H, Drill, Sorting, Trails Let me reiterate that this is not a horse for a beginner or a timid rider, if he is not in regular work he can be cold backed. Nothing horrific he just will get a little humpy if he sits too long. A good lunge before getting on does the trick. He needs a confident rider looking to make a great team with a good working horse. Never been lame or had any previous health issues, he has pretty low miles on him for his age.
