Riders getting out of horses so this guys looking for a new adventure! Please read the entire ad. He is not gaited. Yes he is flashy and pretty but I need you to read the entire ad to make sure he’s what you are actually looking for. The cliff notes: he has basic training and a real good brain and quiet demeanor. Little life experience but few cares. The photos tell the story of his life well- handled by kids, arena ridden, well cared for tolerant soul. He’s currently not in work but ready for the restart. Only reason is because no one is riding. Always an easy restart and quickly improves with consistency. Kye is a 7 year old, 14.1 stunning black and white paint x Rocky Mountain horse with 3 high white socks and a wide blaze. So much chrome! A true beauty in the pasture. He has been used as a kids arena mount for the last 2 years. Ridden by an 7 and 10 year old under saddle and bareback. Has done lead line rides too. Not fancy broke but safe, slow, not going to take advantage of anyone. More whoa than go. Again, more woah than go. Advanced beginner appropriate for the independent ride, safe for lead line, children or small/petite adult in the arena ( will need a little tune up, hasn’t been ridden or worked since November). Lunges. W/T/C. Seems like he’d love trails or just loved on by kids. Trail PROSPECT as he hasn’t been under saddle on trails, or on the road, or off the property. He is not beginner safe on the trails or road. Rides alone or in a group without issue. Young horse with an old soul personality. Very forgiving. Food motivated. Turned out with another gelding in electric fence without issue and stalled at night. Good for the ferrier and vet. Good, Solid feet. Not shod. Easy to catch, blanket, handled by everyone. Low maintenance (normal stuff ferrier, shots, feed/hay) keeps weight on easy. No illness or injury while I’ve had him. I do not know much of his history prior to purchase. He was bought from a lady near Green Bay. Teeth were checked last year and did not need to be done. Does not have a current coggins. Not sure how he loads. The only time I loaded him was to bring him home but he traveled just fine. Cons- can be girthy- acts annoyed. Doesn’t have that puppy dog, in your pocket personality but will fake it for a carrot. Short video clips available of kye being ridden by his young rider. cash only. no holds. Not taking offers at this time He’s had the winter off but ready to get back to work. He historically returns to work pretty easy after having so much time off but will need a tune up before you just put your kids on him. Priced at 3k Serious inquiries only, if you consider yourself a large or overweight rider he is not the horse for you
