Smudge is a beautiful bay dun mare. She is 9 years old and has had 2 foals. She throws color and is an excellent mother. Has foaled both times on her own with no issues. Also breeds easy. She gets along well with mares and geldings. She is 96% foundation. Smudge had extensive training when she was younger. I have owned her the last 2 years and we have ridden her about 10 times. She walk/trots great but wants to buck if you ask her to lope. She does good on the trails and follows along with other horses. She has been primarily a broodmare for the last 5 years. We always thought we would get around to working with her on riding however we have to many horses and not enough time. Her first foal is the best horse I own. He is a dun and her second foal was a grullo. I am no longer planning to breed horses so Smudge needs a new pasture. She stands great for bathing, farrier and grooming. She is also easy to load, vaccinate and just had her teeth floated. She is in great shape and ready to breed. All genetic testing has been done.
