Tuff has extensive experience riding mountain trails, participating in 4H shows and parades, and gathering cattle out on the ranch. He is a versatile, well trained horse who is comfortable in a variety of settings and enjoys attention.
One of Tuff’s standout qualities is his incredibly comfortable trot and smooth lope. He is a pleasure to ride in and out of the arena. He will happily walk along when asked, but is not a dead head that requires constant pushing. He can perform at speed with ease and look well doing it. Tuff is well broke and handy, with the ability to open gates, cross water, and side pass with ease. He has a big presence wherever he goes, and his unique blue roan tobiano coat turns heads and makes him a conversation piece everywhere he travels.
He is comfortable carrying a multitude of riders and has experience with riders of different ages and abilities. While he may not be the ideal choice for a completely inexperienced beginner, experienced riders will find Tuff enjoyable and incredibly versatile.
