Flynn is a registered Canadian - a rare breed native to Canada. With only 7,000 in the world (compared to 6 million AQHA), they are hard to find, and highly sought after - for good reason! This breed originates in 1665 and is built to last and easy to get along with. Flynn is the perfect representation of his breed. He absolutely adores people and makes friends everywhere he goes. He's kind, quiet, and loving - and SAFE!

Flynn is the smoothest gelding we have owned and rides just like a big comfy couch! He's got a lovely jog and a rocking-chair lope, with cool spins, side passes, and body control. He turns around and changes leads like a much smaller horse, and can't help but earn a "wow" from everyone who watches him!

Western, English, bridleless, bareback, jumping, you name it - he happily does it all. Flynn is athletic and fun, not to mention very kind - he readily adjusts to his rider's ability, making him an easy horse to ride!

Whether you're with a group of friends or on a solo adventure, Flynn is an excellent trail partner. He's sure-footed in all kinds of terrain, safe amongst traffic, and has been ridden everywhere and anywhere. Flynn is kid and husband approved, and safe around ATVs, gunfire, dogs, fireworks, and more.

Flynn is no stranger to real work, and has also been used to gather, move, and doctor cattle. He's proven himself to be rock-solid amongst all kinds of chaos on the ranch and has a great work ethic.

Flynn is a gentleman around the barn, with great manners. He is easy to clip, bathe, trim, haul, etc. He will slide up to the mounting block for you to mount, lays down on command, and he even smiles! He's great with time off - whether you ride once a month or every day, he's the same reliable partner and is always happy to see you. No matter the amount of work you performed the day before, Flynn will always greet you at the gate, ready to say hello.
