Meet this handsome Morgan–Friesian cross gelding, standing approximately 16 hands and estimated to be 11–15 years old. He is truly the sweetest boy with a kind, willing personality that makes him a joy to have in the barn and on the trail. This gelding is a confident and enjoyable trail partner, happily going out alone or in a group. He has excellent ground manners, stands quietly for grooming and tacking, and is perfect for the farrier. Under saddle, he is versatile and willing — he confidently pulls a skier, has done occasional jumping, and is steady and sensible in new situations. He is also an easy keeper, maintaining his weight well with minimal fuss. When we first got him, he was trailer shy, but with consistent, patient work he has made great progress and now loads with growing confidence. We believe he will continue to improve with a consistent handler. With his calm nature, patience, and reliability, he would make an excellent trail horse, and he is also well suited for a lesson program or camp setting where a kind, steady, and forgiving horse is valued. This is a very hard sale, and the only reason he is available is that he is too tall for my dad.
