Part-lease available: Sweet 19yo OTTB gelding in Saratoga, CA
Weasley is looking for a 3-4 day a week intermediate leaser at Garrod Farms. He is 16hh, with experience in low level eventing but mostly doing flatwork and trail these days. The ideal candidate has solid horsemanship skills, willing to clean stall and grain on their lease days, and is mainly looking to give this adorable guy love and saddle time.
Weasley is honest and gentle. Under saddle, he needs some time to warm up at the walk, but has a nice motor when you ask for it - he also has a nice rocking horse canter. Lateral work and serpentines keep this guy feeling good. He also appreciates a good variety of work (variety of exercises, arenas, walking all over the property, etc). He’s happy to work alone but isn’t bothered by a busy arena either. Also isn’t phased by working after dark. No buck, rear, bolt, or vices.
