This classy gelding and his 10 year old rider have done it all together! Traveling across Minnesota and Iowa, they’ve won belt buckles, a multitude of ribbons, and a variety of awards! They compete in every class, from Halter, Showmanship, English pleasure, Equitation, Ranch, and every game class to qualify for high-point. For a different type of fun, they take rides down the road, in the woods, play in the lake, practice bridle-less while bareback in the round pen. Brody is double registered APHA and PtHA, "Some Kindof Wonderful", and that he is! He has been vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, and has a current negative coggins. He is an easy keeper. We ride him double with kids and adults, out alone and in company, with wheelers and dirt bikes, to camp fires and with our dogs running in and out of the woods and chasing up grouse and other wild life. He’s exposed to gun fire, tractors, cattle, family farm chaos. My youth does everything with him and for him without help; she gets him from the pasture, picks his feet, loads him, etc. He ties, bathes, clips like a champ! He does not need to be twitched or sedated for anything.
