Sonder is an 8 year old true 17h warhorse coming for sale early April once he finishes 45 days of training, just putting out feelers early
The good:
He is going w/t/c and started over fences and doing well
A bit of a kick ride but has a motor and loves to please
3 lovely gaits that scream eventing prospect.
He is getting more in your pocket over time and would love someone who wants to build a bond with him, LOVES cookies
Great for vet/farrier/teeth/loading
Has good brakes
Ammy friendly enough for someone in a program
The bad:
A bit spooky with noises; he does not take off but just kinda jumps. We are actively working through this. Due to this, he is looking for a confident rider who knows thoroughbreds (will be trying ear plugs and supplementation to see if it helps before selling)
He is sensitive and a green bean so he needs clear direction
Accident prone so he has a couple scars but they don’t affect performance whatsoever
Typical TB feet and would recommend full set of shoes
I could see him excelling at a lot of things with the right person. He is going to be an awesome horse with a heart of gold
